Founded in 2025, our platform was created to simplify and streamline the often complex and fast-paced world of mortgage banking. What began as a personal mission has grown into a dedicated firm focused on executive search and consulting within the mortgage industry.
Our Founder and President, Alexander Kostal, launched his career at Verity Search, a boutique executive search firm based in Central Florida. Years later Alex went onto joining a direct mortgage lender, Meadowbrook Financial Mortgage Bankers, based out of Long Island New York. With a strong work ethic and deep commitment to building meaningful industry relationships, Alex quickly rose through the ranks. He ultimately led the entire Business Development department, helping grow a small-to-mid-sized mortgage company from $750 million to over $1 billion in production.
Over the past five years, Alex has cultivated thousands of connections and earned a reputation as a trusted partner in the mortgage space. With this experience and network, he established his own executive mortgage search and consulting firm—built on transparency, strategic growth, and a genuine passion for helping both companies and professionals thrive.
On A more personal matter. Alex served 4 years in the U.S Marine Corps, and has been married to his wife for over 16 years, and they have 5 beautiful children together. We are proud to be veteran and family owned!
